It’s describes itself as “What we do is simple: feed families, spread kindness, and strengthen communities. Our mission is not only to help address the incredible rise in food insecurity among families, but also to provide a simple act of love and kindness during a time full of uncertainty and stress.” Dana is the Southern Westchester Coordinator for Lasagna Love. There are 177 volunteers who will cook a tray of lasagna for a family in need. Dana connects the volunteer with a family in need. At this time, there are more volunteers than families in need. The Club would like to help and will look to Parul to identify ways in which the Club can help with transporting meals, linking families in need to Dana and providing insurance coverage for events involving our Club.
